Dinner:I recommend pasta and meatballs a glass of milk and 1-2 kiwis, and if you don't like that option then you can choose this one! Tomato soup, a grilled cheese toast, and again, an apple. One last option for a snack is: Juice and 10-20 crackers/a small toast. Happy meal!!😄 bread toast pasta croissant milk cheese crackers and burritos have dairy in it. Oranges and apples are the fruits that are really common and healthy for you. Eggs bacon sausage and meatballs are good sources of protein. I hope you enjoyed all your information I'll see you next time 😃
